We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option and will choose the most appropriate delivery method based on your shipping address. 

Shipping Fee
A fixed shipping fee of $5.00 will be applied to all orders unless otherwise stated during promotions.

Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery time may take approximately 10–15 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment details and a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
